Spark Plug Tubes

I was under the car for the first time since summer last night and I saw an oil leak. I'm not positive yet but I'm suspecting the spark plug tube do to location and age of the parts. For everyone who has had the pleasure of removing the tubes, what tool did you use to grip from the inside of the tube?

A boat plug from Cabelas. (Here's more info

BTW, I hate to be one of those guys, but do a search next time. This has been discussed many times.

Mike, I can't get the link to work and many times when I use the search function, it does not return the threads I'm looking for or the latest data. I do know how to get to Pedro's so I'll go see how a boat plug I presume shoved into a plug tube then pulled out is the miracle tool.. The only use I had heard of for the boat plug was as an exhaust mod, happy holidays..

I used the 1" rubber mandrel from my drum sander kit, and got a much better grip than I was able to get using the boat transom plug
