Radiator fan question

Was doing some overall looking over of things and noticed that my radiator fan does not appear to be running.....Can't really tell when I'm driving the car, but I never hear it running after I get out.....In my previous vehicles, it always seemed to run a little while after I had driven 30 or 40 miles at a shot......Not so with the Boxster! ......Does this seem normal?

Thanks,
Lou

Normal. I have not heard my fans run after shut down! If you sit in a traffic jam on a hot day, you can hear the fan run.

Was going in to have the clutch looked at, appears to be going, and was gonna have that looked at as well......

Good luck with your Box and hey, we envy you living in Paradise!

Yeah, Paradise is nice  .........But not the Paradise tax! :(

Things are a tad more expensive out here, but then you Californians have to deal with that too! Can't beat the weather tho......

Think I may be jumping the gun a bit on the clutch, just been getting used to it, and treating it a bit more harshly as a result , burnin it up a little......think I'll wait on that for now tho....

Gonna hit 50k anytime now .....Pretty reasonable for a '98.......
