One chain tensioner is hard than other, is it normal?

Hello, when I removed the chain tensioner to make the IMS I discovered that when is pushed one of them the interior spring is harder than the other, is it normal?

If they have the same part number, there the same. Visit Pelican Parts...they list only one part number.

All 3 chain tensioner have got different parts numbers. The one which is soft is the IMS tensioner. Do you think should I replace it?
