airbag light

I have an 03 boxter and when i start the car i hear a strangebo whinng sound then my airbag light came on any ideas on what to do

Find yourself a Durametric cable to read the actual code problem

or

go to the dealer and ask them to do it for you :)

Suspect two problems

As airbag lights are caused by things that make no sound usually.

Durametric, PWIS, PST2.

With one possible exception, the alternator. It is not uncommon to trip either (or both) the ABS and air bag MIL's when you have electrical issues.......
