PSM Light
 

I was recently driving in a spirited manner hard breaking and cornering and my PSM off light came on. The PSM system did not engage to my knowledge or ABS. I tried the switch on the dash and it did not switch the system back on or did the indicator light work on the switch. I cycled the key off and on and everything works fine again. I know the PSM system works because I have had it engage recently. Any thoughts...

Did the light come on and stay on, or go back out again? What year car?

The light came on and did not go out until I cycled the key. As in my description the switch on the dash did not work as well until I cycled the key and than everything was fine and is fine now. 2001 Boxster S
