19" tire size 987 boxster

Given the lack of selection of all-season tires in 235/35/19 and 265/35/19, I'm probably going to go up the 10mm to 245's and 275's.
Beside the ride height increase, and the less than 1mph speedo error am I forgetting anything else? POSSIBLE abs malfunction or camber issue?
I really have the yearn to use my car in the winter, without having to resort to M&S tires.
Any input would greatly be appreciated Thanks Steve Konko

Boxster Tires

On my 2006 Boxster S, I run 235/35/19 P-Zeros's front and 275/30/19 P-Zeros on the rear mounted on HRE three piece wheels. No issues at all with onboard computers etc. Downside is the cost of $400.00 per tire. On my Acura NSX I run Toyo tires and in my mind I do not see or feel much differance between the P-Zero and Toyo Proxies.
Hope this helps.
