If you check the link that Stroked & Blown posted the OP states that

So not fake vents at all.

Fyi

Just a bit of info about the RennZenn car, the front vents are functional. I've sealed up the the floorpan of the bumper cover and added some sheet metal behind the center radiator to exhaust all of the incoming air out over the top. I haven't had the car out on the track to determine if I'm getting real front-end downforce, but I did notice that the temps drop when the car gets going.
Also, the rear trunklid/wing assembly contributed to a significant weight loss. The lid itself is fiberglass, and I was able to remove all of the original spoiler and it's motor. It's not light! Without the hardtop (the soft top and all of it's mechanicals are gone, too) the car is right at 2900 pounds.

It would be interesting to see if those soft pipes and the vents actually pull out any hot air. There is a low pressure area behind the rear window but given the size of those vents and orientation they don't look very effective.

But without actually seeing the car in person it's really difficult to tell.

j.fro, if you're tracking the car without any top on it, perhaps a vented/louvered/ or wire meshed engine cover would work well rather than those deck vents?

No offense to the owner, but it looks a great deal "over thought" to me. The beauty of the Boxster shape is it's flowing lines, not trying to make it look like Godzilla.

The kit's nice, and while I think the GT3 front is a bit much on the car, it looks fine overall front to back. I can even appreciate the triple exhaust tip action out back. But all that action on the trunk lid is a bit much. You don't need that much back there to offset the lip up front from the GT3.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but what is it about this body kit that justifies putting a Gemballa emblem on the rear trunk ? From what I can see, there isn't so much as one actual Gemballa piece on this vehicle. Putting a phony badge on a vehicle is the equivalent of wearing a fake Rolex . Moreover, its an insult to anyone who spent the time and money to equipped their vehicle with genuine Gemballa parts.
