Speedster Humps?

If you own speedster humps, I'd like to know three things:

1. Do you use them regularly, or are they a pain to keep putting on and take off?

2. Do they reduce the turbulence inside the cabin?

3. The one's I've seen on Ebay have two straps that secure them in the center to the rollbar where the windstop goes. Can speedster humps be installed along with the rollbar inserts AND the center clear windstop?

Thanks for any info you can give me!

I almost purchased some a few months ago for a great price. I decided against because:

1. I wouldn't use them regularly - you can only use them with the top down - you can't put the top up when they are installed.

2. I don't know about the turbulence, didn't ask or test.

3. It was not possible to have the clear center windstop installed along with the speedster humps - you could still have the mesh grill inserts in the roll bar though.

I do think they look pretty tight, but I didn't want to give up the abilty to easily put my top up (like when I park anywhere outside of my garage!).

Wow. Double the dislike versus those that like them, and not one person who owns them has added info to the poll as of yet.

I bet if you gave them a set for free they wouldn't think they were so stupid!

actually from a design point of view I don't think they flow with the car.
But neither do rear spoilers and some cars look bad ass with them.
Its a machine afterall so I guess it can't be all organic

I would however like to see a hard tonneau cover that was flat or had minimal curvature. This was one of the big design points in the Concept Boxster from over a decade ago. I know Pontiac went to very great lengths to incorporate this type of soft top covering into the Solstice
