How to bring spoiler out?

Hi everyone,

I have an 02 porsche boxster and was wondering if there was a manual way to get the rear spoiler out?
Thanks in advance!

on ur fuse box in your driver footwell there is a switch it raises and lowers the spoiler.

The owner's manual is a valuable source of information...don't hesitate to check it. Good luck!

But, don't be surprised..

.. if the switch is not there. My 986 didn't have a switch on the fuse box. It was very frustrating when the owner's manual and everyone here said there must be a switch. I had to install one on the fuse box myself.

+1 on what everyone else said.

But look closely as it doesn't look like a normal switch.

So this is one more thing to note to look for when buying a boxster. Make sure that the spoiler switch is there. :D

What year is your car? Perhaps early '97s didn't have the switch?

My 986 without the switch is a late year '98.
