Dynalene and Polaris Labs both do it, what are you testing it for?

thanks for the info. Wondering if it is Porsche coolant and double checking to see if there is oil in it.

If you had low levels of oil, the coolant would be very cloudy and look like hot chocolate. Higher concentrations would separate out in the tank and form a layer. You do not need a lab for that.............

As far as identifying the brand, I don not know of any lab that can do that. If you are unsure of the quality of the mix in the car, drain it and refill it with fresh OEM coolant and distilled water.

Thanks again. It is not cloudy and looking like hot chocolate, and I would like a radiator flush anyway - so thanks for sparing me the time and $ on analysis. I just had a bizarre situation and wanted to cover all potential conflicts. the coolant has been in a mason jar for two days and doesn't have either appearance that you describe. I feel better and appreciate your knowledge.
