2001 Porsche 911 Turbo GT2 Spec: Hesitation Issues

I'm doing this for a friend. He has a 01 911 twin turbo tuned to GT2 spec, rocket! Anyways just recently hes been having issues with hesitation upon full throttle before full boost it hesitates as if its kind of choking, sputtering kinda.

Took it to a Porsche mechanic he changed all the spark plugs, coils. Checked the vacuum hoses and what not and hes even stumped. He recently had a new MAF put in. But we switched the MAF sensors from my boxster into his 911 and for the first 5min he had his turbos full boost without issues, and all week he never had it full boost. Then after 5min same issues, no check engine lights at all ever during this whole issue. We took out the MAF and noticed that the metal paper clip bent. So were thinking its just too much power for the MAF to handle. But I dont understand why there is no CEL to tell you this.

But I did hook up my Durametric and had these codes pop up:
P0420 cat conv efficiency bank 1
P0430 " " bank 2
P0507 idle control at stop

I erased them and took it out for a rip and never came back on.

Any ideas at all what the case may be? Its very frustrating!

Thanks

Suggest going to

one of the specialized forums for GT2s...maybe rennlist.com.
