Strange noise from steering wheel when turning

I have noticed on my porsche boxster tiptronic 50k miles (MY 2001) a strange noise when i turn the wheel from lock to lock or turnig it just a few degrees. it happens at no speed or at low speeds(maybe in higher speeds but i cannot hear it). I went today to the official porsche service and they checked it. they had sprayed some lubricants inside the wheels and they told me its nothing to worry about.. some parts needed to be lubricated.. it stopped most of the time but its not fully over. I am not experiecing any trouble while drinivg and its not cold here in Greece either. But the noise is still there... any suggestions?

thank u for your time!

I think I have this too. seems like it is just friction somewhere when the wheel turns. I have gotten used to it. I also had some real ugly noise after I bought the car but that was because the PSF was way low.
