Hooked up the Durametric today to check out my ABS light....

hey guys, I got a durametric cable and hooked it up and found a few codes. I had an ABS light that came on so the laptop shows 3 codes 4460 Presure Sensor, 4206 Front left speed sensor - signal implausible , 4201 front right speed sensor - signal implausible. Whats really going on?

Do I need new sensors or clean them?

The light rarley comes on.

Have you connected the Durametric scanner, selected the actual values for the two front speed sensors, and then drove the car for a short distance while recording a couple minutes of data? It would be interesting to see what the data looked like when graphed. Also, the DME (like other PCMs) may be performing rationality tests between the two front sensors and the test is failing.

For safety's sake, don't hold the laptop while driving!!

Regards,
paul...

See if there's an increase in the speed sensor output. The vehicle speed comes from several places including the ABS.
