Car Lift
Anyone know who sells this lift?
|
Northern Tool has them for $1800
|
Thanks. I think this suits what I've been looking for.
|
Many prefer shorter platforms so the car rests on the frame, not the tires. This allows suspension and wheels/tire work.
|
You want a scissor lift that goes up to 46". They sell anywhere from about $1400 to $2200. :D
|
I saw those being used at a Ferrari service shop. Not just for mobile ops or the weekend warrior.

You can always use another jackstand in conjunction with the wheel lift to get at the tires. Personally, that's exactly what I've been looking for, a wheel lift leaves everything underneath clear. However, does anyone know how it adjusts to differing wheel tracks? |
This is exactly what I've been looking for. I've seen the scissor version and those don't give you much room to work under the car. This one does and is what I need. Wheel work is simple enough to do and not that often.
I did search the website but I didn't find this in their catalog. |
A scissor lift that lifts the car that high and leave the center open for access is....

Thanks for the links. The two is a little over my price range but this one will do.
