rear brake light problem
 

ok, so the other day I was driving and my friend calls me to tell me that my rear left brakelight is gone. I figured the bulb just burn, b/c there was no light at all.

now today, I pulled my fog-light dial out (towards me) and the brake light turns on...and stays on....hence, it got really hot since it was always 'on'.

Any idea how there is a connection between the fog light relay and the rear left brake light assembly ?
