Remove that bolt and it comes right off. You can paint them yourself or order them already painted from Bumperplugs.com. They send you the painted ones and you send them your takeoffs. Very impressed with the workmanship...no complaints whatsoever.

They're the easiest things to take off. Just use an allen key to get them off. As you said, it's right underneath each bumperette.

Painted bumperettes are a nice finishing touch...
