Emblem

I carefully sawed the old emblem off using dental floss as a saw.
The remaining adhesive was removed with a llittle WD-40 and careful rubbing.
Hope this helps.

This works just fine. Try to minimize the amount of WD-40, Goo Gone, etc. that is left over afterwards by giving that area of the car a good wash. Ensure you wax it, also.

Prior to utilizing the dental floss to remove the emblem, I used a hair dryer to soften the glue on the emblem, and it worked like a charm.

not only do I know how I have done it!

my tutorial on the project here

just a side note if you buy the badge from the factory you dont have to mess with finding hardware at various places like I did
