Front Suspension Squeak

I have a 2001 Boxster. It has developed an annoying squeak from the from suspension. When I drive over bumpy roads the squeak is really noticeable. On the flat it is fine. When I move the steering slightly when static the squeak is there. This is driving me crazy. Can anyone help diagnose?
