Water Pump Removal 2003 Boxster S

I removed my water pump today, I did so through the passenger compartment and under the car. I had to remove one of the 10mm bolts with an open end wrench because there was not enought clearence for a socket. What I concerned about is how I'm going to torque down the screw to the stated 7lbs. Anyone done this?

After you snug up the bolts, tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn should do it. Put a spot of blue locktight on each of the bolts, just a spot.
