anyone in the San Diego area interested in this upcoming drive this sunday?

Tour - back country roads

do you have to be a PCA member to show up and drive? are there liability forms / etc they make you fill out - or can you just show up and drive???

i live very close to that location...that would be a nice way to spend Sunday...provided the rain is gone...
