Radiator Fans always On?
I recently changed my Coolant and started paying attention to everything related to it..
It seems that radiator fans are always on. I start the car, they are on, I park.. they are on.. and it's around 40 degrees in seattle.. It feels weird.. is it normal? How can I check if it's really a problem? Temperature is always pointing at 8 (more like between 8 and 0 in 180) never overheats.. Thanks Sasha PS: it's 2000 boxster with 68k miles |
There is a specific procedure for (burping) the system, I believe it's in the manual, you need to leave the cap in a given position till it's bled. Anyhow if you did not follow such a procedure start there.

Thanks for fast replies!
I did follow the bleeding procedure from Pedro's site. And my A/C is set to on, it's usually not kicking in (40 degrees outside and temp is set to 72) I'll turn it off and see if the fans will stop. Thanks Sasha |
