Headlights flicker once under hard breaking or hard acceleration?

My headlights will flicker just once for almost no time at all when I break hard or accelerate hard.

It happens maybe 2 or 3 times a day if that.

They flicker in unison and never one without the other.

What is loose? Something needs to be replaced?

this happened to me as well after I took the lights out and put them back in without locking them in.
If you have taken them out, after you slide them back in, you need to use the key to lock, you will hear a click when it is locked, if you twist the wrong way or too hard, you will hear a crack. thats the plastic locking thing breaking.

That happened to me as well and had to get a new tray because the lights would slide out over a bump or braking.

Might also check that all your relays are seated and tight.

If you have Litronics, keep in mind that the car will raise/lower the lights to keep them level during hard acceleration and braking.

flicker in unison..Voltage regulator? ( I think a Boxster would still have one of these, if not, my bad)

It stopped completely on its own. I have no idea what changed.
