windows & remote quit working

The drains were blocked & water drained into the floor of the drivers side. Yes the alarm control unit was sitting in a pool of water. We thoroughly dried everything & put the box back in. The car is running again but the windows quit along with the remote key. Any advice on these issues? Thanks!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if your alarm control got wet and now things aren't working right, then you are SOL. Does your alarm still work? I had the same thing happen to me. Fortunately, comprehensive will cover it at the cost of your deductible. Hope you got insurance buddy.
