St. Louis people - Reid Vann

Is anybody here from the St. Louis area? I'm thinking of taking my Boxster to Reid Vann for a bit of maintenance work that I don't have the facilities or desire to do myself. My family has used them in the past (like late 80s/early 90s) for Vanagon stuff, but that's it. Are they still the best place to go in STL for Porsche work?

Thanks

Thanks for the thread, but I did a search through there with no luck.

After talking with them on the phone a few times, I'm convinced of their competency. We'll see how it goes.

Well, it seemed to go decently enough. They did what I asked, didn't break anything, and didn't charge too much. Great reading selection and nice variety Reid's Porsches to look at as well.

The only negative was that when the tech pulled my car around, he didn't wait for the window to drop before opening the door.
