Front bumper adjustment

I just noticed that my front bumper is not perfectly aligned with the hood line (the edge that runs horizotal between the two headlights. Upon closer inspection it appears that some time in the past the car was maybe parked to close to a parking lot curb. There are some scrapes in the paint on the bottom of the bumper, and maybe the bumper was pushed up 1/16 " or so. Any one know if this is easy to adjust, or do I need to take it to a shop. The car drives perfectly, and I owned it for 2 months before noticing it. It is realy minor, but other than this my '99 w/ 35 k mi. is really in exceptional condition.

Thanks in advance,

J. Tucker
