All this did was make me yearn for warm weather and a twisty road. Thanks a lot. :(
;)

i wonder what road that was... looked slow. Its funny when it shows the interior of the car its tuned to 101.7 The Beach... my car also. maybe ill go for a drive.

i like seinfeld but he isnt very funny off the cuff like jay leno. he is at the concours d'elegance here at pebble beach but seinfeld never says anything. but leno gets up there and he is a quite the funny guy.

Awesome car with a stupid name, it looks like they wrote a short story on the trunk lid, hey Zuffenhausen no room to add 986 on there?

No real comments about the cars, but the video was taken on Hwy G-16 which is Carmel Vally Road in Monterey County. I lived in Monterey about 10 years ago and it brings back sweet memories....pretty awesome road for a cruise in just about any car...

oh ok. I have driven G-16 it isnt bad but unfortunately there is some decent traffic on it nowadays. my thread where i took pics of my car is right near there on a road called Laureles Grade.

Someday, Porsche will stop worrying about the feelings of the 911 is the only real Porsche crowd and realize the Cayman / Boxster is the superior platform.

lol someday.

Carmel Valley road to Arroyo Seco road to the Mission District, to river road to hwy 68, then past Laguna Seca to Hwy 1 and back to Carmel. That's a day trip to do. Grew up in the area and went back with the boxster in July. Nicest group of Porsche owners I've met on the road. Never stopped waving or flashing the headlights no matter what model they were driving.

about the flashing... ive yet to get one! it almost makes me feel like my lights are out or something. (i know they arent) i see alot of porsches maybe i just havent run into any PCA members on the road.

discussion on flashing headlights could be it's own discussion thread: Do you try it? Do you get a response? What areas seem to repond more (Country-City, West Coast -East Coast, USA-Europe)?
