Will a 2006 speaker box fit in a 2002 Boxster?

Does anyone know if a rear speaker from a 2006 model Boxster will fit in a 2002 model? It looks like the mounting holes are in the right spots...

Attached is a picture of the bottom of the enclosure.

Ok, thank you. It is going cheap on ebay, so I was tempted.
