Replacing door panel carpet

Anyone know whether it's possible to replace the carpet only on the door panels? My carpet got stained in an effort to remove mold spots (long story). Otherwise the panels are in great shape.

I've been toying with the idea of buying used door panels from a wreck and swapping out the carpet, if possible.

Here's a link to a post to replace the door carpet with leather. I'm sure you can follow the same procedure but use carpet instead.

Hmmm, looks like I'm going to be better off simply replacing the entire door panels. Replacement of the carpet with leather doesn't look terribly appealing, but thanks for the link anyway.
