hard brake pedal in cold weather
 
hey guys im curious if anyone knows why i have to press so hard on my brake pedal in the cold weather under 30 degrees and in the summer car brakes perfect ...it happen to me last winter and i want to get it fixed b4 it gets cold....does the brake line freeze is that even possible or what might cause this...thanks

Maybe your rotors are cold and takes time to heat up? Do you have cross-drilled rotors?

i do have cross drill rotors but my brother also have a boxster same year but with out cross drill rotors and he also has the same problem ...im in nyc and as long as its cold it happens ...if the next day is warm it doesnt
