Red Button (squarish) what is it.

I am trying to do a counsel delete for leg room and am trying to figure out what the red button is on the tranny hump just below and forward of the counsel that holds sunglasses and cds. It is about thigh level on your right leg. 2003 S.
Thanks
(no info in the manual that I could find)

no red button that I know of, sounds like installed by the previous owner
hint: better not sit on the passenger seat while you press it
