First showing of our home tomorrow wish us luck!!

Please send us some good karma... My wife and I just listed our home for sale last week and have the first showing tomorrow! We found and fell in love with and bought a beautiful Victorian home in our town. Now we just need to sell our house and settle on the new one in 3 months!!!

Keep your fingers crossed... the good news is that the house across the street from us sold for more than asking price in less than 60 days just last week. Hopefully we can get a deal relatively soon. I really dont want two mortgages if possible.

The best news is that I have room for 4 cars in the new garage!!

I think I will need to add another toy.
