What do you mean by 'upgrades'??

Aesthetic? Functional?

The Boxster spoiler is the product of wind tunnel testing and functions quite well.

Many of the aesthetic 'upgrades' while subjectively 'looking better', may not actually function as well... at least I've never seen any data supporting this.

Realize that the spoiler doesn't come into play until you're staring at a speedo pointing to 10 o'clock or better.

If you just want it to 'look' cooler, there are several choices. But if you actually want it to work better, your choices are much more limited.

Check out eBay and do a search for Boxster Spoiler or Boxster Wing. You'll find lots of options... As Lil Bastard noted you'll need to do more research though if you want something that's actually functional. Some of the Porsche aero kit wings for example would need to be balanced with the front aerodynamic changes. I would also trust the Gemballa products as the big German tuners like Gemballa and TechArt actually put a lot of work into the design of their products. I think the TechArt owner is actually an aero engineer.... which is nice to know when considering their products.

Gemballa doesn't make all of their stuff. They like to re label and jack up the price.

I think this is a very nice option...I already have one of the "eBay" wings, but if not, I'd order this.

I don't know... I think that's certainly true for some things like their suspension stuff. I used to have Gemballa lowering springs and I'm 99% sure they were really H&R. Same with their coilovers. But I think their body kit and aero stuff is all original. I think that because I don't see anyone else selling it except for some cheap Chinese knock-offs that are starting to emerge.
