wet carper 1998 boxster

Hi i have a wet carpet on the passenger rear side ,,,i lifted the carpet and there was a small puddle, no rust or anything ,, we have had some heavy rain .

I have not had this boxster 1998 for long and it is my first porsche,,,,can anyone trouble shoot problem for me.
