Wow, that is a really interesting business concept! With the bad economy I'm sure that used equipment and unused manufacturing/warehouse space would be readily available. All in all their cost seems pretty reasonable, if you can really make use of that equipment.

As the owner of several small businesses, both for the past 30 yrs. and present, I cannot even conceive of how one could write a profitable business plan using such a business model, except perhaps unless hallucinogens were involved.

On the face of it, it sounds good. But, I'd suggest hurrying up and using them soon because, call me cynical, but I'll start the countdown to Chapter 7.

I concur. Lots of risk with little financial reward. More of a commune than business venture. IMHO
