secondary air injection?

For the last 2-3 years about every 4-5 months I get 2 CEL codes they are P0410- Secondary air injection and P1411 Manufacture control auxillary emission control.

Last year I took it into the dealer they tested the system and said it was fine and erased the codes and sent me on my way.

now I just stop by auto zone and have the codes erassed or sometimes if I wait a few weeks the CEL will go off by itself but it seemes to be getting more frequent and I am sick of the CEL on all the time.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it or what it is? If it going to cost me a small fortune I will just contuine to clear the codes. but I would really like to fix it. Thanks

After doing a little searching I think the most common failure is the air check valve. Maybe sometimes it does not hold the vacum and seal properly and that is why it is intemintant. Does anyone have a DIY on how to replace the valve. one post said it was a knuckle buster but I cant seem to find a guide or any pics on how to replace it. Thanks for any help on this one.
