HELP! CD/Radio not powering up!

Dear enthusiast,

So i parked my 99 boxster (66K miles) at the airport for about a week before finding that my radio/cd player does not power up.

Please advise and thanks in advance.

Pull the faceplate and clean the contacts on the HU and the faceplate with some alcohol and a Qtip. Make sure it's properly aligned and that fixes it in about 95% of the cases.
