GAHH Rocks!
 

I just wanted to give a shout out to GAHH for exemplary customer service. I got one of the convertible tops for my Box about 5 years ago and was astounded that it arrived on my doorstep the day after I ordered it. I had it installed locally and recently found that the top was stretching badly over the windows. Yesterday the top began to separate from the plastic seams over the windows, which bind it to the top. I took it to a reputable auto trim place I'd done business with many years ago, and they showed me how the installation had been done really badly, causing the problems I'm now facing.

Anyway, I called GAHH and spoke with Cindy, who told me she would send out left and right parts needed to repair the top. This saves me from having to buy a new top and has really impressed me, particularly since my top is well out of warranty.

Good job, GAHH. You make great products and your service and support are deserving of applause.

i've heard really good things about GAHH's customer service, especially if you install their top at one of their recommended installers. they'll go out of their way to make it right if that installer messes up.

I hope all the good things are true: my 986 is in the shop with it's new glass rear GAHH A5 top waiting to get installed....
