Question HORN.. Only one note ??

I am sure my Boxster s had a dual tone Horn when i last used it , now it makes a pathetic " beep" . Anyone know if i am wrong or where do i look to see if a connection is off on one of the horns ?? Many Thanks. Martin ( UK ) :

You're right

Your Box does have two horns -- a "high" and a "low" tone.

Yes it's a dual tone, meaning there are actually two separate horns. Both of them are behind the front bumper over more towards the passenger side. I don't recall if you can just get to them from underneath by removing the lower, front plastic cover. I would try that before removing the bumper cover. You probably have a loose connection on one of the horns.
