Seat stuck in flat position
 

I was re-installing my driver's seat when it opened up flat. I can't get it to fold back.

I took the seat apart and found a plate at the seat's pivot point which is preventing the seat-back from folding forward. The pivot point looks like it's pressed. No bolts or screws to remove.

Someone on Pelican's Tech Board had the same issue, but no fixes.

Help, I'm trading-in this car on Monday and need to fix this problem.
