Should you find that it's a loose heat shield (not the thin aluminum ones, but the steel ones around your cats) take a hammer and give the offending one a good whack or two.

Fixed my nagging rattle when the exhaust was cold and made me feel really good.

There's nothing that can't be fixed (or further broken) on a Porsche if you have a hammer!

I just installed Fabspeed secondary bypass pipes today - and found that there was something loose in the driver's side secondary cat. In addition to sounding awesome, I no longer have a rattle on startup.
