can i fit these rims on my 986??

my friend is selling
rims with following stats:

front is 19x8.5, et 56, 5x130, cb71.6
rear is 19x9.5, et 45, 5x130, cb71.6

1. can i fit those on my 2003 boxster with no issues of steering, no rubbing?
