Hi all just got my car 2 days ago 2001 boxter s 60k put pics up soon, got a problem with the alarm keeps going off for no reason to the point where i dont even lock it now.... is there any common fault? its the standard alarm. are there any easy try fixes or do i just take it to a garage monday?????

check your alternator,battery. my alarm kept going off cause the battery was not being charged cause of a faulty alternator. Also could be ur alarm module. Best thing to is bring it to a mechanic who has pst2 and they will tell what is wrong with by seeing what set the alarm off
