Sometimes P0430 will show up, you clear it and it doesn't come back. Possibly idling in traffic or short trips without enough heat in the cats for them to work properly. Cats are expensive. Clear the code and do some spirited driving. If it returns then it means business. A PST2 can read sensor voltages between the left and right bank to determine if it is bad sensors or a failing cat.
