My Boxster is a second car for me. My primary car is a Jaguar XJR. Even though the Jag is more expensive, I drive my Boxster whenever I get the chance. (when not driving my kids). It's not about money or status. It's about what I like. I could buy a 911 if I wanted, but I like the looks, handling and fit of my Boxster more than a 911. Hard to explain, but sometimes when I am driving I just feel like this car is exactly how I want a car to behave. I know other people on the forum feel the way I do.
