wind deflector clip for Boxster 986
 

Hi guys,
First, this is my first post here. :)

One side of my wind deflector clip (center piece) was broken.
I saw a few of them for sale on eBay for around $15.

My question is how can I remove the old (broken) clip and replace w/ the new one?
Is it hard or do I even need to visit a dealer to do it?

can you be please a little more specific?
do you mean the
a) piece that attaches to the rollbar or
b) the piece that attaches to the plexiglass windstop itself?

if a) major PITA
if b) you get it cheaper at the dealer

also if it's b) I can give you some pointers how to get it out (it's fairly easy)

those are the one i'm planning to get but don't know how to take the broken piece out and replace w/ the new one.

I haven't had to replace that part so I can't speak to what is required, but if I was going to buy it, I'd buy it here:
