Litronics

Which brand should I be looking at?

I already have the B&M shifter coming my way... I don't like the yellow-like lights, I want white!

I wasn't aware that anyone other than Porsche made Litronics for Boxsters.
SuncoastPorsche.com seems to have them for sale with a how to install.
They are not plug and play and require some labor. My local sound guy installed them on another Porsche, says it was very expensive with the labor. $1500 and that was with a deep discount on the parts.
I went with a used pair of 996 headlights and performed an amberectomy. I then replaced the orange corners with clear one's ($45!) and picked up some Sylvania Siverstar bulbs($20) that give off a slight bluish tint during the day but light up orange. Makes a big difference on black and bright colored cars. Silver and white is more subltle. A $600 job but their is a big demmand for the non-orange headlights so I might go to Litronics down the line when my other mods are completed.
