Engine Code P1128

Does anyone know what this engine code is?
P1128 "Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering"

Also, any idea as for the cost to fix it?

Could be the MAF or a vacuum leak or an oxygen sensor. Have you done or had any work done recently?

After some more reading I'm going to say this is probably the MAF and the easiest thing to do would be to try cleaning it and resetting the code to see if that helps. There are several posts here that explain the process and I think Pedro has a page dedicated to the process.
