Redline transmission fluid

I though I'd share:
I got my 60k miles service done yesterday and had the (manual) transmission fluid replaced with Redline.
Result: Notable smoother shifts, especially from 1st to 2nd. Not like day and night, but significant.

Chris,

I am going to put SWEPCO 201 in mine and will also report after I do it. Hopefully our observations and usage will give other some options...

I have used RedLine tranny fluid in several other cars and have nothing but good things to say about it.

I'll cast another vote for the Redline products. I like the 2Qts 75W-90NS and 1 qt lightweight shockproof blend.

I've got Redline 75W-90NS in mine. Didn't notice any difference, but then I changed mine out at 20k miles. Very early, but I wanted to make sure than any of the crap that scrubbed off of the gears during initial break-in got flushed out.

what is "shockproof blend"?

Sorry for the confusion. I use a blend of 2 qts 75W-90NS and 1 qt Lightweight Shockproof gear oil. It made the shifts smoother, and the trans less likely to pop out of second. The 6sp trans tends to develop this trouble. The blend seems to help things out a bit.
