Wheel touch-up paint source?

I just purchased a used set of Carrera Lightweight wheels (Boxster width & offset), and they have some minor nicks in the paint, as well as a bit of curb rash on one wheel. Does anyone know of a source for touch-up paint for these wheels? I don't want to re-paint the whole wheel - just carefully dab some paint into the scratches.

The key to using the spray or the pen is to shake them until your arm falls off!

The metallic paint will not match at all unless you get all the flake into suspension.

April 09 issue of Excellence has a nice piece on spray can repairs for Porsche wheels.

Wurth's and Dupli-Color "both worked well." Wurth's was "amazing."

Wurth's paints have a long history a great results. I agree with those who recommended them.

Thats peculiar...Wurth. About a year & a half ago Wurth was completely yanked from of the shelves in North America, some class action thing. You just couldn't get it.

Z Silber (yes silBer) was the only game in town. I think I used Wurth for the clear though. I cant tell the diff.

Regards, PK

Don't know where you got your in formation, but Wurth has been available continuously for the past 20 yrs. In fact, exactly 1.5 yrs. ago I got some Wurth paint sourced w/i the US for painting the wheels of another car I own... and you can still buy it today.
