Needs rebuilding after 20k miles what's up with that

its a cheap Chinese turbo that will go kaboom within 20k miles, most likely.. the first 1k miles. For the price, the plumbing might be worth it.. resell the turbo on ebay and buy a new name brand turbo or a used one and rebuild it.
